Where and when will the pre-order site be open for orders?
Saturday, February 27 at 12noon on our smartmouthbrewing.com website.
How much can I pre-order and do I pay at that time?
All pre-orders require payment at the time of ordering. Each person is allowed to pre-order:
• Two 4-packs max. of Saturday Morning IPA, plus
• One 4-pack max. each of Saturday Night Imperial Stout, Sunday Morning Tart Ale, and Bank Rollin’ Adventures Regal Gose
• One #NostalgicallyRidiculous Boxed Set (includes one of each 4-packs and a limited glass.
There will be no pre-order limit on Saturday Morning and Sunday Morning t-shirts.
Who can pick up my order?
The name on the pre-order must match the name of the person picking up the order. We will check ID’s to make sure everyone is 21 and that the person matches the pre-order details.
How will pre-order pick-ups work?
When you purchase your beers through our online pre-order website, you will choose a pick-up date/time from Saturday 3/6-Friday 3/12. We have limited the number of times available throughout the week so that we can maintain safe social distancing requirements. Pre-order pick-ups will have their own separate, outside pickup point and social distancing and masks will be required while in line. Pre-order items may only be collected during the assigned pick-up window. All pick-ups on Saturday, March 6, will be in Norfolk. You may choose to pick up in Norfolk or Virginia Beach from Sunday, March 7-Friday March 12. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP BY FRIDAY, MARCH 19, 2021.

What should I expect on Saturday, March 6 in Norfolk?
We will have one main entrance to our street – there will be THREE distinct areas, each marked with signage and its own line. One for online pick-ups, one for pint sales inside our tasting room, and one for merchandise and normal beer-to-go offerings (non NostalgicallyRidiculous beers.)
What will be the restrictions on Saturday, March 6, if we want to come in person to drink a pint?
The doors will open at 10am on Saturday, March 6, at both our locations for draft purchases only. We are closing at 8pm. We will be following strict capacity guidelines. If at capacity, the entrances will be closed and a staff member will start a waiting list. You will be asked to wait off-property and we will text you when there is an opening. We will ask each table to limit their visit to 2 hours to allow others to enjoy the day. We will NOT be offering flights or filling crowlers or growlers. There will be a separate area available for merchandise and normal beer-to-go offerings (of non NostalgicallyRidiculous beers.) * Please NOTE we’ll be saving one keg of Saturday Morning IPA to release every day during the week following the release so that fans can stagger their visits.
Do you take cash and credit?
Yes. We accept cash, credit cards, and Apple Pay at each location and on-line.
Will you ship?
No. We will not be shipping any of the #nostalgicallyridiculous items.
What if it's raining?
The release and pick-ups will be held rain or shine, so please dress accordingly!
Where do I park?

Norfolk. Please note any parking signage around the brewery, be sure not to block any driveways, and be especially careful in Virginia Beach, as many of the private lots near us will tow.
Can I bring my pet?
We are trying to maintain social distancing and will have very limited capacity. We would ask that you please leave your pets at home.
Do you have storage after I buy my cans? Do you provide bags?
Smartmouth cannot accept responsibility or liability for any personal property or belongings that are lost, stolen or damaged – so take good care of your beers after you receive them! We can provide cardboard trays for cases, but please bring your own bags.
Will you be selling merchandise?
All #NostalgicallyRidiculous merchandise (glassware & t-shirts) will be available for presale. Our normal Smartmouth merch will be available at the Tasting Rooms. Stock up when you come to pick up your presale items!
