✨ Join us for a new Bhav Brigade class at the Smartmouth Pilot House in Virginia Beach! ✨ Every First Saturday of the month, from 11–12pm, we’ll host our community donation-based yoga at the Smartmouth Brewery VB location. Smartmouth has supported Bhav Brigade for years, providing us with a space where movement, breath, and community can come together every month. 💛 Whether you’ve been practicing with us forever or you’ve never rolled out a mat with Bhav yet, you are welcome. Featuring: 🎶 Live country-ish tunes by River Conley ☕ Coffee & specialty drinks from Sleepy Cowgirl Coffee 🍳 Breakfast eats by Hangry Girl Eats🥤 Lots of NA options for an easy, inclusive start to the year. Whether you’re riding dry, recovering from the holidays, or just in it for the coffee and vibes, this is your spot.
