✨ Join us for a new Bhav Brigade class at the Smartmouth Pilot House in Virginia Beach! ✨ Every First Saturday of the month, from 11–12pm, we’ll host our community donation-based yoga at the Smartmouth Brewery VB location. Smartmouth has supported Bhav Brigade for years, providing us with a space where movement, breath, and community can come together every month. 💛 Whether you’ve been practicing with us forever or you’ve never rolled out a mat with Bhav yet, you are welcome.
