Now in our ninth year, we’ve refreshed the program to bring back some favorite perks, and we have added some exciting new benefits we think you’ll love. Specifically, we have added several educational experiences to enhance your beer knowledge and give you a peek behind the curtain. This is your chance to stay part of the Smartmouth family and enjoy exclusive beers, special events, and member-only surprises all year long.

Brewer’s Gathering - Fall 2025
The 2025-26 Brewer's Gathering is a social event that features specific topics of discussion from President Porter Hardy and Head Brewer Jared Smith, complimentary brews, and light fare/appetizers. Each member may also bring a guest. ($50 value)
Brewer’s Dinner - Spring 2026
A sit-down, multi-course dinner at Smartmouth, catered by a local chef and hosted by the Smartmouth team. Includes a meet and greet with fellow members, exclusive beer pairings with each course. Members may bring a guest for an additional fee. ($85 per person value) The 2025-26 Brewer's Dinner will be held at our Virginia Beach Pilot House.
Brew Day with the Head Brewer
A unique opportunity to spend a day brewing alongside our Head Brewer. You'll get hands-on experience with the brewing process—from mashing in and adding hops to transferring to the fermenter - while learning the craft and creativity that go into every Smartmouth beer. It’s an unforgettable, behind-the-scenes day for beer lovers who want to deepen their connection to the brew and the brewery. (Priceless!)
Three (3) Beer Tasting Events
Members will enjoy three exclusive tasting events, each focused on a specific beer style (ie - Lagers, Hazy IPAs, etc.) You'll sample a variety of beers within that style and be guided through the subtle differences in flavor, aroma, and character—perfect for expanding your palate and deepening your beer knowledge. ($30 value each tasting.)

Beer (pints, cans, growlers, crowlers, kegs), merchandise, and private event space rentals. (The more you drink, the more you save!)
Early Access
Members will have exclusive access to specialty beers, including our Saturday Morning IPA. Keep a lookout for emails announcing early access opportunities!
