Thank you for your interest in Smartmouth Brewing Co.’s Inner Circle.  We are excited to open membership for 2019 for the club’s third year. Members will receive a variety of limited beer offerings, unique merchandise, invitations to two exclusive brewery events and a flat 10% discount on all tasting room purchases at either location. Members will also have the opportunity to weigh in on upcoming beer styles and be informed about upcoming events and releases prior to the public.

Membership and benefits officially begin on April 1, but if you purchase now, you are welcome to enjoy the 10% discount in the tasting room beginning now.

SMARTMOUTH HQ, NORFOLK Kickoff social event featuring specific topics of discussion from Porter Hardy (President), a complimentary first three rounds of beer and light fare/appetizers to be catered by local restaurant. Each member may also bring one guest. ($30 pp value)

• Brewer’s Dinner | Date: Early 2020
PILOT HOUSE, VA BEACH  Sit down multi-course dinner at Smartmouth, catered by a local restaurant and hosted by Smartmouth team. Smartmouth offers complimentary first round of beer plus beer pairings with each course. Members may bring a guest for additional fee. ($40 pp value)

• 10% DISCOUNT OFF ALL TASTING ROOM PURCHASES
Beer (pints, cans, growlers, crowlers, kegs), merchandise and private event space rentals  (active upon purchase) 

• (4) limited 16oz can releases of various styles spread throughout the year ($40 – $50 value)

• (2) special glasses with Inner Circle logo ($25 value)

• (3) beer tickets to use at each of our annual street parties (2x Norfolk, 1xVB) = (9) total per year ($30 value)

• A 16oz “sample” of your choosing on your birthday

• Inner Circle membership coin

• Members are also invited to volunteer at events and will receive pertinent volunteer benefits

MUST be 21+ to participate. Memberships run from April 1, 2019 – March 31, 2020. Membership and benefits are not transferable.

WHO DO I CONTACT WITH QUESTIONS?

ARE MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS AVAILABLE AT BOTH LOCATIONS?
Yes. Inner Circle members will be able to use their benefits at both locations.
WHICH LIMITED BOTTLES/CANS WILL INNER CIRCLE MEMBERS RECEIVE?
Our Smartmouth brewers will carefully choose which releases will be made available to Inner Circle Members. Based on member feedback we will ensure a variety of different styles for 2019. All beers can be picked up at either location by a member or their proxy.
WHAT IF I MOVE OUT OF TOWN OR MISS A RELEASE?
Smartmouth is unable to ship special release bottles or cans, however, Inner Circle members may contact us via email with the name of a proxy who will pick up their special release bottle/cans for the Inner Circle member. Additionally, Smartmouth may hold your special release items for up to 2 months. After that time, the items will be released for general sale. All benefits must be picked up at the brewery by the Inner Circle member or their proxy.
CAN I CANCEL A MEMBERSHIP?
Your Inner Circle membership purchase is non-refundable. If you experience extenuating circumstances, please email SheChris at innercircle @ smartmouthbrewing.com to inquire about your options.
